Jessica and Dan choose one of the most beautiful places on earth for their wedding and it was…epic.  Jessica and the girls got ready at Villa Cimbrone (home to many celebrity weddings), the ceremony was held at Villa Eva, and the reception over the water Torre Normanna The weather was absolutely perfect and the food was incredible.  I can go on for days about this experience but you’ll probably get a better idea by watching their video.   Thank you again to you both, I am so grateful that we were able to document your wedding!

Jessica and Chris are RAD.  Here’s a little peek from their wedding at the University Club . There is some serious love for each other going on between them.  Chris is a Sgt. in the U.S. Army whom I have much respect for and Jessica has a heart of gold.  They have a little one in the oven too! This little one is going to have a lot of fun.  I have to “salute” the bridesmaids; they went off!  You know it’s gonna be a good party when the bridesmaids have boots on and rock out in a photo like the one below.  I loved shooting on UCI‘s campus; the yellow at Engineering Hall tied into their colors so well.  Cheers to you two… I mean THREE!

Brett graduated last month and I had the privilege of documenting the day! This seriously brought me back to what feels like “yesterday” when I graduated, unfortunately, “yesterday” is about 18 years ago.. Check out the slide show!

A great new candy stored open in Corona del Mar, close to where Tosti Studios will be moving to! (Also, check out my kids’ debut as Hollywood stars)

Last week we witnessed the “blue man group” of ice carving. Marc at Ice Bulb asked us to create a short promo piece for their website. Here it is…a little chainsaw, a little Metallica, and bingo you have an ice car infront of several hundred people in a posh ballroom produced in about 20 minutes. Enjoy.

On any given wedding day, I prepare, drink espresso, get the nervous jitters and listen to good music for inspiration. I absolutely love working with couples. When a couple hires me, I’m honored. I get to know them, then document one of  the best day’s of their human existence.   The wedding day for me is about anticipation of that next monumental moment. It’s about precision, but most of all…It’s a bridge of very hard work and a lot of laughter. This is me, David Tosti, working with a fabulous couple, and a glimpse of what it would be like for me to photograph your wedding day. Cheers!

George is a husband, father, and loved by so many! It was an honor to be apart of another wonderful celebration of his life! Check out the short “highlights trailer” video we created from the fabulous “rat pack” themed party. Cheers to another 50 George!

I had the pleasure of shooting George’s birthday a few weeks back at the Hyatt in Newport Beach. Check out the slide show and be sure to click on the

Rachel said this was the best night of her life!  I believe it and I think the photos will explain a little bit more!  Enjoy!

I recently  had the pleasure of photographing Rachel Freedman’s bat mitzvah at the beautiful Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach.  The event was designed and coordinated by Mindy Weiss Events, who transformed the venue into an elegant yet modern underwater theme that catered to both the young and older generations present. It was the perfect mix of age groups and I had a great time photographing Rachel’s family as they let loose alongside her energetic friends.  Up Next…Our “highlights” video and slide show!

Before the festivities, the ceremony was at the Congregation Shir Ha-Maalot in Irvine:

So it rained that day and we wanted to shoot on the grounds of Pelican Hill, but here’s Rachel Rockin it for the camera!  Her Dress is amazing!

Rachel stuck it out in the cold so we could create some images like these,  I don’t think she’ll regret it seeing how good she looks here!

I love how Rachel’s dress matched the theme!

I Love to see kids at this age rockin it!  I think the kid in me wants to put my camera down and rock out with them. I love this photo! Let’s call it “Mitzvah Mayhem”

Who said a bat mitzvah couldn’t be fun for the adults? Check out Rachel’s parents, Jeanette and Michael, taking over the stage!

Being a former lead singer of a band, I’m quite the self-proclaimed critic for live music events :) .  The James Gang Encore band BLEW ME AWAY (they totally nailed a cover of ACDC’s ‘You Shook Me All Night Long’)! They were hands down the most incredible live band and MC I’ve ever seen!

Congratulations, Rachel!
