Coming into St. Louis today was turbulent. I’ve definitely experienced worse flights, but I’ve never walked off a plane and heard people talking about tornadoes. WHAT THE!?? Ya, I left the calm skies of CA. this morning and landed in a sticky, hot, rainy, tornado watch.
I’m hear to photograph Heidi & Theodore’s wedding tomorrow. These two are sweet, truly sweet to each other. I was honored to be at the rehearsal dinner tonight, and have the chance to hang with their family, and bridal party. Speaking of which, the bridal party is a full 18 people! Whoa, they have a lot of close friends. As long as we aren’t rained out, we’ll be shooting at the MO. Botanical gardens which is beautiful and we also hope to get downtown to some cobble stone streets. We’ll see how time and the weather work for us.
When I got of the plane today I did a little “Scouting” of locations. I would’ve had more to show you, but the rain just kept on. I stopped at the famous arch, when the rain paused, pretty amazing. Ok, I’m off to sleep, gotta be up at 5:30am to start shooting Heidi getting ready. Check back for some shots from their wedding in the next day or two. cheers!
