Here’s the slideshow for Jessica and Chris’ wedding, which was just a few weeks ago at the University Club at UC Irvine. Check out how beautiful Jessica looks, and be sure to keep an eye out for the bridesmaids’ boots. They definitely added personality to the wedding. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I had fun putting it together.

The Event Loft recently asked us to create a new video piece to show off their style. Their planners bring fabulous modern aesthetic.   Check out this killer wedding at their exclusive location, Vintage Farms in San Juan Capistrano.

Jessica and Chris are RAD.  Here’s a little peek from their wedding at the University Club . There is some serious love for each other going on between them.  Chris is a Sgt. in the U.S. Army whom I have much respect for and Jessica has a heart of gold.  They have a little one in the oven too! This little one is going to have a lot of fun.  I have to “salute” the bridesmaids; they went off!  You know it’s gonna be a good party when the bridesmaids have boots on and rock out in a photo like the one below.  I loved shooting on UCI‘s campus; the yellow at Engineering Hall tied into their colors so well.  Cheers to you two… I mean THREE!

Last night we began the new Tosti 101 beginner photo class taught by yours truly. We talked a little ISO, a little aperture, a little shutter speed, a little metering, and a little bit about where to find your cameras on/off button.  We talked about why we take photographs, why it matters, and why we all love photography.   I love photography because it allows me to create both the true document and the surreal. to interact with humans, ( I LOVE PEOPLE),  and create in always changing environments.  Maybe that was too much.  The 101ers said they just want to know how there expensive camera works and take a good photo of their kids. I hear that.

The class is small, it’s fun, it’s not a party, but pretty sweet for a total beginner’s class.  Every time I teach this class, I get excited to witness that moment where it “clicks” for the 101ers.  It’s that “AH HA” moment.  Last nights facial expressions weren’t quite “AH HA” they were a little more,  ”AH-HUH???”  But it’s gonna hit’em and when it does, I’ll be there, stoked!  Here’s me, talking about  aperture…..nerd.
