Here’s a slideshow of the Circle Family Photoshoot! Enjoy!

As I pulled up to my house after having just shot the Circle family, I began to feel some stomach pain. (Don’t worry Circle’s it’s not your fault!) I ended up at the hospital that night after the shoot and had my appendix removed!  Luckily, I was able to squeeze this shoot in just before!  The Circles’ are a family that I’ve worked with for several years and I genuinely love them.  Kyle, (son) used to manage one of my friend’s bands  and we’ve known each other since my PAX217 (former band) days.  The entire shoot of the Circle Family was so much fun. They weren’t stressed, they’re sweet to each other, patient, and Mom (Jan)  comes prepared with waters and snacks for the whole fam!  Take a look at a few pictures I took of them: They are a family that gives me hope.  I hope to provide for my kids in the ways that Doug and Jan have, it’s brilliant.

Jan & Doug, the heads of the household.  I am so inspired by how their passion continues! They are so in love with each other and seriously, I felt like I was doing an engagement photoshoot of them! May you two have many, many more years of love and happiness to come.

Last Weekend, Tosti Studios had the opportunity to hang out at the Festival of Brides at the The Four Seasons West Lake Village and meet some awesome couples. I always get excited meeting couples who are on their wedding planning journey and who are having so much fun coordinating their big day.  I’m especially impressed when the groom comes along! Extra points for that gentlemen.   To all you future brides and grooms out there, wedding planning might seem like a long and arduous process at times but trust me it’s all worth it in the end! We had a drawing for an engagement photoshoot giveaway, and the winner is…. ASAL SEDGHI!  Congratulations again Asal! I look forward to working with you! This past weekend, I welcomed my new niece, Lucy Marin Hoffman, into the world.  I’m so excited to be an uncle! Congratulations to my brother-in-law Drew and his wife Ashley on their newest addition to the family!

Here’s the highlight video from Rachel’s bat mitzvah at Pelican Hill. Rachel and her friends had a blast! The design by Mindy Weiss, again, was awesome. A little “behind the scene’s”… the opening shot was taken in a 5 minute window when it wasn’t raining and Rachel toughed it out in the cold to make it happen! Check it out!
