In September I covered a benefit for miraclesforkids.org

They’re an Orange County Non-profit dedicated to improve the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

my favorite AGAIN

October 29, 2007

When i’m 92 i’m gonna look back at this photo and remember another great moment in my life. Sophia is “my favorite,” i tell her that all the time. And though she may not completely understand this quite yet, i like to think that in this photo she’s sayin…

“HEY DAD, I’M YOUR FAVORITE!!!”sophia my favorite

yesterday, i woke up at 5am, to take alli and sophia, my two favorite people on earth, to the airport. We arrived too early, so we sat outside the Long Beach airport, also my favorite airport, drank a cup of coffee and Sophia went crazy. One banana is all it takes for my little girl to have enough energy to power up san onofre power plant. So here are a few shots from the morning. The wonderful shot of Sophia and i was taken by the lovely and talented, allison tosti. Sophia does like sitting on my shoulder’s, really, she does.

They have been gone just over 24hrs, and i am hurting. Miss you two! and now, i’m off to a wedding! ciao!

Since this blog is new i’m going to be going back in time a bit posting some shoots i have done. Terry & Lew’s wedding was quaint, genuine, elegant, Terry looked beautiful, and we’ll, it was at hotel laguna, a few blocks walk from home! Nothin like shootin a wedding down the street from home.

Terry, Lew, thanks for takin the time to get those extra shots on the boardwalk and on the stairs, i think it was well worth it! I’m takin some lessons from you two on “sweetness.” You two are definitely in love.

CHECK THE SLIDESHOW!

Lori and Adam are incredible. I had such a great time with them. This was an absolutely perfect day on Coronado Island in “stay classy” San Diego. The Couple stayed at the Hotel del Coronado and the wedding was on the beach. The whole family flew out from Long Island and Arizona to be apart of this intimate celebration. The cruise around the bay was choice. Though i was “working,” the sax player and the water helped ease the tension in my poor feet, and shoes that had about 5 lbs of sand in them.

Thanks you two for such a great time, for the hospitality, and of course, Adam, the “little too much information from your brother,” those two are hilarious. That is why i love this so much, real connection. Hey you two…get a room!
