We absolutely love Amy & Edoardo! They are both super sweet, relaxed and their bridal party knew how to party! The ladies got ready at The Shore Hotel in Santa Monica, the Ceremony was at Santa Monica Catholic Church and the reception was a private residence in Beverly Hills. My italian loving favorite coordinator Cuckie at Illumini Events did an incredible job with the fun details. Watch out for the choreographed bridal party dance and sparklers at the end!
This was a sweet day for these two. They were married at Salt Creek Beach and family and friends came from all over to celebrate their wedding. Tracy is an all around sweet heart and Chris, well…he is too. The light was perfect that day, coupled with the breeze and market lights over the dance floor, perfecto! About 10 months ago I got a call from Anna telling me that she had seen one of our Italy destination wedding videos and she wanted us to create a video for her and Allan. The two live in Manhattan and decided to take their families to Italy, their wedding destination dreamland. They chose the most beautiful, La Bandita villa in Tuscany. I must admit, I was a bit jealous when Anna told me that her friend was photographing the wedding and that she just needed us to create a wedding video for them. You see Ariel and I are like photo/video marriage, we don’t like to be separated, I just miss him to much. But, we had to make an exception this time. So Ariel joined them, ate amazing food, and created this fabulous video for them. I just watched this and all I can say is…I cried, and it wasn’t because I didn’t get to be there. Sheesh I’m a sap, what can I say. Watch this video, they are bellisimo!
A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting this lovely couple at the LACMA, you can see a sneak preview of their wedding a couple posts below! We had the chance to shoot on both sides of the Museum and got some fantastic shots with the different exhibits. After sunset we headed to the Chris Burden Urban Light Exhibit to shoot some elegant evening shots.

Summer and Ryan had a simple yet elegant wedding at Crystal Cove where they gathered their closest family and friends to share their most treasured moment together. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the couple and being able to capture their special moments before their big day: Ryan golfing with this buddies and enjoying some beers on the golf course while Summer and her father hit the waves early in the morning.In preparation for their big day, the lovebirds stayed at the Inn at Laguna Beach overlooking the breathtaking views of Crystal Cove Beach. To top off their wedding ceremony, they enjoyed a couple of Natty Lights on the back of Ryan’s old pickup truck recreating their first time meeting each other. After the quaint ceremony we headed to Mastro’s Steakhouse for their reception, where you will find Mac n Cheese created by God and served to you straight from heaven… Cheers to the both of you to a prosperous and exciting future together!

Just finished 3 days with Leslie & Kiran at Hummingbird Nest Ranch. It was an incredible time with two cultures coming together to celebrate them. Leslie a mexican-american and Kiran South Indian-American. They are such sweet individuals and Michelle and Nicole (coordinators at the ranch) are some of my new favorite people. Lisa and Daniel had a beautiful wedding at the muckenthaler mansion and we are thrilled to release their HD highlight video edit today! We were able to shoot along side of my good friend Jaimee at Capturing Moments and check out her site, I bet she’ll have some photos there as well soon. (Thanks for connecting us Jaimee!) Congrats to the new couple and I hope you two enjoy this with your kids (if, that is, you have some, no pressure!) Either way, enjoy this for the rest of your lives and look back on the evident love goin on in this video!
Yes! It only took me a week to get to Jane & Griffin part II posted! (gosh I’m slow). This next series are some of my favorite environmental portraits of J & G and the ceremony. The Palm Springs light was fantastic! Jane and her flower girls went for a walk to The Parker lemonade stand for a little pre-ceremony sugar high. Jane’s nephew George is the man! As the featured musical guest, he picked up his violin, and then,the brief moment where you wonder what on earth he’s going to play…then….WHAM….the theme to Star Wars (mind blowing). Jane’s tears roll down her cheeks and I wanted to yell “YA GEORGE!” but, I was able to restrain myself. Jane’s Father, a sweet heart of a man, officiated the ceremony . What a proud daughter Jane is, you can see it in her eyes as she walked with him down the aisle. Enjoy these and up next is the reception, and my morning after shoot with them. Turn in next year, I mean this week to see the final images. p.s. I love the blurry black and white image of them kissing, I took right after the ceremony…can you feel it?
